•I'm so happy with how this spread turned out! Both prompts really flowed once I started drawing and it gave me a chance to try drawing with my Journal pages at a different angle. My character at the bottom was supposed to look sunburned in my typical summer outfit but it would seem my camera didn't feel like showing all the different shades of pink, lavender and grey. Ah well.
Sadly I do feel that I didn't really use the 6th prompt as was intended, where I am summer is something we look forward to being over. Everything that sprouted in spring is now dead or dying and the earth is dry and cracked. But I admit that I do enjoy the cold treats being in season, which is the perfect way to cool off after working outside all day... My favorite ice cream is Rainbow Sherbert! Yum!
